 Gildart Construction was founded by Jimmy Gildart in 2006 in order to apply his vast knowledge and experience on a more personal level. It was a way for him to see each project from start to finish.
He is the President of Gildart Construction. From his education (A graduate of Texas A&M University, B.S Construction Management) to his 25 years of experience in commercial construction covering all aspects of the construction process, Jimmy has devoted his learning and career to the construction business in Houston and surrounding areas. His responsibilities over the years have included design build, construction management, project management, client/subcontractor negotiations, and management of all types of contracts, superintendent, and field engineering.
Projects include office remodeling, metal building construction, residential custom homes, schools, car dealerships, restaurants, retail centers, hospital renovations, hotels, banks, multi-story office buildings, industrial remodeling, and oil field testing laboratory facilities. Jimmy has a full and complete understanding of all phases of construction including project values up to and over $5 mil.
